I don't have enough storage space

Help!! I need more storage on my phone--it says I have 3.92GB out of 4.00GB. I have cleared my cache, deleted apps/programs I do not need, even upgraded my storage, but it still says I have insufficient space...? what do I do???

The normal "solution" for "insufficient space" is to buy a phone with more storage. You can't add storage to a phone (yet - Project Ara may fix that in a few years).
