No, the .apk file is irrelevant after the app is installed - it's just the installation package for the app.
When you "move" an app to the SD card, you're really moving small pieces of it to the card ans making a record in main storage of which piece is stored where. (And if the pieces of the particular app are small enough, you'll LOSE main storage space by moving the app. Android isn't designed to run apps from the external SD card.)
What you moved was parts of a 1.5GB app - and only 365MB of it can be moved.
