Why is my s2 downloading apps by themselves?

it downloads apps like apus hola launcher wifi master mico and i disable engrils and all other malware suspicous apps but still the come back afterrestarting phone it also turns off my phone automatically sometimes and factory reset my phone it still comes up i have lookout and itells me i have malware but it cannot unistall it i just can disable and force stop

i neeeed help!!!!

If the malware is in the operating system itself, you might have to reflash the ROM.
