I have a sync error with my att.net account, how do I fix the sync error?

A window keeps opening stating, "Unfortunetly exchange serves is unavailable". I went to my accounts setting and noticed the sync error is with my att e-mail. How do I correct this problem.

Try to clear cache and app data on the email app

If the error is between Exchange and AT&T, your Exchange administrator has to fix it. If it's between the phone and Exchange, you'll have to find an email app that works - not all email apps that claim to work with Exchange actually do.
