Can I use an AT&T Motorola Moto E second-gen with Bell Mobility network?

So I was wondering if someone could help me with my question? I'd like to purchase the phone from Amazon, it's a great deal for someone living in Canada, but I want to make sure it'll function with the Bell Mobility network. The phone is sold unlocked.
