Phone won't turn off while charging.

My phone is a Moto and I have had some problems with it lately. I listen to music at night, and keep my phone next to me. Whenever I moved, it goes to this black screen with a clock on it. Before all of you grade a smartasses come and tell me to just not listen to music, that's not what the question is asking. I know there is a way to turn this off, but I can't find it. In case you're wondering how this is a problem, it runs extremely hot after a while. This morning it was 132°F and then I knew there was a problem. Any help given is greatly appreciated. I know it can't do much damage to the phone permanently, but I have noticed some "dead" pixels on my screen, no idea of it's related. Thanks.

Try Settings -> Display - > Daydream
