I mistakely uninstalled com.mediatek

My phone is rooted.....so i just by mistakely uninstalled a system app called com.mediatek..and a lot of processes stopped working......i rebooted but it keeps on rebooting and never starts...i have done a factory reset but still.....Help!!!....Please very urgent ....

You will need to find the exact firmware for your device. You will then be able to extract the missing system file and place it in the appropriate system folder using adb. You should use 7 zip to extract the apk from the firmware. THe other option is to flash the ROM and root again

But i cant install phone driver in windows....it cannot be switched on.....i have tried doing it!

You install adb on your PC and place phone in recovery to sideload.
