4th lgg4 screan is having touch and other issues

[AC Question]

I have an LG G4 and randomly the screen flickers on and off when I touch it it doesn't respond and has been known to go completely dark and when I tap it to get to come back will not come back Sprint is giving me another one but I'm wondering if there's something I could do to make sure it doesn't happen for this fourth one they're sending me On the dial this number so you can test your screen doesn't seem to work for me so is there something else I could do
