Galaxy S4 battery problems

[AC Question]

My galaxy S4's battery is draining in about 1 hour without use, I just keep it in my pocket and the battery goes from 100% to 30% in about 1 hour and then it turns off at 30% , This has been going on for a very long time and i tried everything, Formatting, Clearing cache, buying a new battery, Nothing worked.........
Is there any fix please? and thank you.

Can you put up a screenshot of your battery stats?

It is 77%, Android system 5%, Android os 3%, Screen 3% and that's it.

77% Android is through the roof. Try fully charging the phone and boot into safe mode. Check your battery stats an hour or so later and let us know if there has been any change in battery life.
Safe Mode
1.With the device powered on, press and hold the Power button (located on the right-edge) until the Phone options prompt appears then release.
2.Touch and hold Power off until the 'Reboot to safe mode' prompt appears then release.
3.Tap Restart.
Note The restart process may take up to 45 seconds to complete.
Note Upon restart, Safe mode appears in the lower-left of the unlock/home screen.
