Would it be worth getting a Nexus 6 (Motorola) now. Since the new ones are out? I want to upgrade my Galaxy S3 and would like a Nexus device. Im trying to stay with my carry for monthy payments (AT&T) or is there a better phone to get?

It all depends on money you can spend and how much you like and need a new phone.
But yes, there are several newer phones out there that you could get.

The Nexus 6 should at least get the next version this fall. After that, hard to say... there's a chance it could get next years.

If you are interested in a Nexus, there's always the Nexus 5X. Google Fi is running a promo right now where they'll take $150 off a Nexus 5X if you buy it through Google Fi and activate it... then you can cancel Fi and use it on the network of your choice. So it ends up being closer to a $100 discount.

But the Nexus 6 will be kept up to date for at least another 18 months or so.... and security updates for a little bit longer than that perhaps.
