MMS not working on unlocked Verizon Samsung S5

[AC Question]

I am on the walmart family mobile plan and had a samsung s4; just switched to an unlocked Verizon Samsung s5. Everything works except for MMS. I cannot send or received. Family mobile says it's Verizon and vice versa. Please help.
