Help - my Samsung Note 8.0 is stuck in SDCARD MODE

[AC Question]

My tablet had a virus so I followed instructions to hold the volume up button while re-starting. now the phone only says

"SDCARD MODE
UP KEY: NORMAL BOOTING
DOWN KEY: DOWNLOAD MODE"

No button works anymore, can't turn it on, off, volume up, volume down,...

Can anyone help?

Press an hold the power button... for maybe 30 seconds. Hopefully the tablet will power down and you can power it up again after that.
