    If you install it in a different device don't format it if it asks. If it's in the same file format for your phone/device you can go to Settings - Storage. If it's a Samsung use the My Files app also to explore, or download ES File Explorer to another device.
    You can connect it to a pc either via an adapter or you can read it while in the phone if you have the device drivers installed on the pc. Many ways. The DCIM folder via Windows Explorer has the camera shots.

    Installing the card in a USB adapter, then plugging it into a computer, is the easiest way. (Use PhotoRec if you want a forensic copy of the card.)
