How can I completely block WiFi access?

If I want to disable all WiFi networks and Internet use for a time period on a child's phone, how could I do that?

Research parental control apps. I'm not a parent so I can't suggest any but that's the route I'd take.

If the phone is rooted, point all IP addresses to 127.0.0.1.

One other thought, some routers allow you to set restrictions on when certain devices are allowed to access WiFi. Those are getting into some pretty advanced settings.

Just because WiFi is blocked doesn't mean the child won't use mobile internet. That's where parental controls and PARENTING come into play...
