Android Tablet in boot loop!

[AC Question]

My sister's Pendo Pad 7" (Cheap brand) has gone into a boot loop and I can't get out of it- to make matters worse it cant connect to my computer and there are no physical volume buttons, there's only a power and reset button. The reset button just restarts it though. Please help this was a Christmas gift and has for some reason stopped working after a week. There is no root or OS modifications.
