I just bought a pearly white Samsung Galaxy S6 edge unlocked GSM phone from Verizon.

I put a Cricket SIM in it and calls and texts work great. But my signal strength shows at 3 or 2 bars most of the time. It came in global mode. Someone please tell me what mode it should be in it will only be used in Ohio USA. Thank you

Welcome to Android Central!

You need to make sure you are in LTE\GSM mode, also that Verizon phone may be missing some of the AT&T LTE bands so you might not get LTE in some places.
