Is it possible to move movies from Microsoft Movies & TV to an Android device?

I recently switched from WindowsPhone 8.1 to a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and I was curious how I can get my movies from my Microsoft account to play on my phone. I hate having multiple apps to run the same types of media so if it is possible; How do I download and transfer the media to my device?

If the movies were Disney movies then link your Microsoft account and Google play account to Disney movies anywhere and those titles should be accessible through the play movies app
