How do I receive video calls on my Galaxy S7?

For some reason I can only make video calls, but I can't receive them. I'm on the AT&T network, and I've tried everyone with a GS6-GS7 EDGE and same thing happens. They get my calls but I can't receive theirs, it goes straight to a regular call. Please help me

How are you connected when someone tires to call you?

Can I start or receive a Video Call over Wi-Fi?

No. You must be connected to the AT&T mobile network and in an HD Voice coverage area to start or receive a Video Call.
