    Hello all,

I bought my first smartphone and it has Android. All fun, great, no problems except one...

when I answer a call I simply cannot press the answer button. The phone works perfectly otherwise. There's no issue pressing buttons anywhere else, only in this specific instance.

I can't think what to do or what specific information to post to help. Would there be any obvious reason why this might happen so I can try to fix it?

Hello. I found that confusing, irritating and embarrassing when I switched from a Samsung that was more straightforward.

If you have a Motorola or most other devices now, if a call comes in when the phone was asleep and screen locked : you need to slide the Green answer button across to the answer icon on the right (the other icons are more options).

If you had been using the screen when it rings, you may get a white drop down notification and you just tap "answer".

That's all I know in relation to my device.
