why isn't my moto x gen 1 not turning on?

[AC Question]

When I press the power on button it shows the moto screen and then says that my android apps are starting..but even then it doesn't start
It alternates between white screen and black and it has random flashes of green plus it's overheating almost continuously
Plz help!!!!
