Should I get HTC One A9 16GB / 2GB RAM or LG G3 16GB / 2GB RAM

Hi Guys! I have read a bunch of review, comparisons, checked many photos / videos made by both and I cannot decide between the two. I can get both for free with the same contract at Vodafone. Some people said the HTC has problems with freezing and crashing especially after some time and more apps installed while others have told me that LG G3 with snapdragon 801 has some performance lags. The videos made by the LG G3 seem much better to me and the photos taken with enough light are great as well, it seems to me HTC performs a bit better with low light conditions. The main aspects for me are good performance without often freezing crashing and lagging, battery life enough for a day with intensive use and good camera. Thank you.
