my samsung also does the same

[AC Question]

my samsung also does the same thing(Unfortunately keypad has stopped) most of everything has stopped.i reboot but still does the same, the prblm now is I have to put on the security code to get an access to my phone but how can I do that if my keypad is not working,Plz help
