I ran the - dumpstate/ logcat - after pressing*#9900# and of course it helped creating more space but i didn't know that it would delete also my voice recordings. Which are very very important! Is there any way to get them back?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Have you used a file manager to look for those voice recordings? The dumpstate command shouldn't delete any personal data, so I wonder if the files are still there, but just have to be reincorporated into the media database.
