/I am completely uneducated on android OS, and I have a Samsung Note 2 that I brought to Straight Talk from a former Verizon account.
I have tried OTA....no luck. I tried using Kies.... it says my phone is not compatible even though I specifically downloaded the version that was for my phone.
Please help. My android has not been updated since 9/2013.
I will need step by step instructions to fix this. Any help is extremely appreciated!
