My Tablet shows , unfortunately rstech_knile stopped , what can I do to get out of this

When tablet is switched on the message " unfortunately rstech_knile stopped " , comes ,right under there is another box which reads OK , when tapping Ok it blinks and the same message comes back, all other icons on the monitor is inactive, please cam anyone help to resolve
