[Micromax Bolt D303] can't make and receive outgoing and incoming calls

I am facing very twilight problem with my Micromax bolt d303 mediatek mt6572m phone. I can't make and receive call. When I dial any no. It shows calling on dialer screen and after some time auto disconnect. There is full network in network bar(-81 dBm 19 asu). I tried all operators sim cards but nothing change. Sometimes it show single ring on receiver phone(I checked it by calling on my another phone)and then auto disconnect. During this there is no calling ring sound in Micromax phone.

Same in incoming calls. some time it show not reachable. Sometime it receive call but when I move slide to answer button on call receiver screen. it don't works. It continue show incoming call and after some time auto disconnect.
Also I Have tried by flashing stock ROM. But nothing changed.

I also check with third party dialer app. But nothing changed.

Don't know what to do.....plz help me to get rid from this problem.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure that phone supports the network bands of the various carriers you've tried? If so, is the phone new? If it's still under warranty, try contacting Micromax (although I'm not sure if rooting it might have voided the warranty).
