ringtone on bv5000 keeps turning off, have to turn phone off to activate again ,any ideas ?

all settings are as should be, no reason for it can be working one min, then next time you go to use it or get a call ,as long as your looking at it, its silent. anybody got any ideas. its getting annoying now. missing calls.

You might have to do a factory reset to fix the issue. Did you recently do any software updates?

hi have done a factory reset, only downloaded a few games and other apps like whatsapp google etc. hasn't done it as much now but sellers. suggested a firmware update. I don't want to do this as ive heard say it can damage the phone.plus invalidate warranty.its a shame because I really like this phone suits me down to the ground
