I dropped my phone and they LED light broke so I got a replacement phone and all my pictures are saved to my old phone. I've tried to plug my phone into my computer but it says the USB isn't supported and that there is a "driver error". Please help me!

Most likely means that when you dropped the phone you also broke the motherboard. You're probably going to have to go to wherever you saved your backup to get the pictures. (You DO back up anything on your phone that's important regularly, right?)

Hi and thanks for visiting AC Forums!

Here the link for Smart Switch for Samsung. You can download to your pc, install....and you can then access through Smart Switch, but most importantly, it should get you the necessary drivers you need for you pc to recognize it. Its worth a shot.
