What happened to my email

AC Question

When ever I try to reset my password, Android Central tells me my email is not registered. But when I try to create an account it tells me my email is already registered.

Include all details you can relating to the problem. I would include name with the email you are using, and if possible your screen name. There may be an issue behind the scenes that needs to be fixed.
