Cracking/Popping in Music/Audio Play Back S5

[AC Question]

Been having this issue for a while now.
Currently, when ever I play audio files (Such as mp3) using any app (Any Mp3 app, even the alarms) Cracking/popping sounds occur. They occur at the same parts of the music. This dose not happen with other audio such as youtube app or games, as far as I tested.
Attempted to Factory Restore and all that with no luck.
Pretty stuck, with many other attempts to fix it and research.

Could it be the music that you are using? Does it do it when you stream with Google Play Music?
