Recently, my HTC One M8 has had some battery drainage issues. I charged it from around 20% and took a nap, woke up and unplugged it around 70% I think, but went to check my battery usage because its been having some issues and noticed during the screen off time that the android OS was at 100%.

Is this normal? If not how can I fix it? And how can I fix battery drainage in general?

Use normally for a day, then post some screenshots right here. Post one of your battery usage graph, then tap the graph to open it, showing your Awakes and Signal, and post one of that too.

Also, a Cache Partition wipe might not go amiss.
