Samsung Galaxy S5 - Stuck on In Progress when setting up for Samsung account

AC Question

I am stuck on the Samsung account screen with an In progress. I have tried restarting my phone and setting it up again, multiple times as well, but to no avail.

Just like me when setting up my S6 edge. You need to have internet connection and i experience that some wi-fi works and some won't when using things related with samsung service. My wifi #1 has internet connection but somehow it can't use any samsung related service but my wifi #2 can! I don't know whats causing this to happen. But try using diffrent internet connection.
