how can i find my android if my location on my android is off?

on thursday last week i lost my android phone so im trying to get hold of it but i can't can anyone help me how to track it how or how to get it back coz i forsurely know that someone really did took it but they've switch it off and I'm trying to track its location but i can't coz its location on the phone is off but i do know my passwords and stuff and theres a ;ot of important information on that phone so i really really need help on finding my SAMSUNG Android phone back can anyone please help me out.

Welcome to Android Central! You can't track the phone if it's not on. What I suggest is to change your Google and Samsung passwords NOW, so that sensitive data associated with those accounts can't be accessed by whoever has the phone now. I hope you had a screen lock set as well.
