Why my internal memory size is too high compared to my actual apps installed??

Dear all,

My mobile had an internal memory of 4gb, in which only 2.23 GB is usable.. I have installed apps upto 1.51 GB and cache 7.54 mb. But my total internal storage shows as 1.94 GB . I think the total internal storage should be close to 1.52 GB .. So what is the problem and how to solve it.

Welcome to Android Central! Which device do you have? A 4 GB device with a more recent Android OS installed will usually only have about 1 GB or less available to the user, since the OS usually takes up around 3 GB.
