Trouble with a new micro sd card

[AC Question]

I have a brand new 32 gb micro sd card and have only downloaded a couple apps. It keeps saying the sd card is damaged so I put it in my computer and format it. Then, I try to download another app (I've tried several different ones) and it's saying there's not enough storage available. When I check my storage, it says there's 28.95 gb available.

Please help!
