camera fell, now has black mark in upper left corner?

Hi, thanks for any help. I have a Sony Cybershot 4.1. It fell off the BBQ and was making a bad noise when the focus thing came out and went back in. Almost like a grinding noise. It does still work BUT I just took a picture and the top left corner is all black. I use my camera to take pix for ebay etc. so need it to work properly. Any advice? Thanks so much...Colleen
