When I email photos from my LG phone to my email account (so I can download them to my PC), the email itself comes through but there is no photo attached. This is how I am doing it: I hit the symbol at the bottom left of the screen under the image (the one that looks like a V placed on its side). Then I get options for Email, Facebook, Gmail, etc. I hit Email (I don't have a gmail account) and then I email it to myself.

Welcome to Android Central! So you're using the stock Email app to compose an email to yourself, with that photo attached, correct? What does the received email look like? Or does the email not even come through?

Yes, that's correct. The email does come through, but there is no attachment.

What happens if you compose the email first, then use the Attachment function?

And what size are the attachments? Larger than 25MB may look like it attaches, but it won't go anywhere. (That's the limit set by most email carriers.)

PHotos are only 300 to 500 kilobytes. I will try it the other way you suggested.
