LED Red always ON

Why LED red at galaxy note 2 always ON even though the phone already Turn Off. The LED red just turn off when I remove the battery. pls help.

Hi Muhammad!

You're saying that if you power the device completely off, the light stays on? Try going into Recovery Mode, and wiping the Cache Partition, this will not delete any important files.
