My phone won't show up on my PC, it still charges.

It started about 7 days ago, about the time that I installed android 6.
The phone doesn't show up on my pc, in the begin it would show up only to vanish in a couple of seconds. I've tried DEbugging the USB drive, factory restarting my phone, deleting USB drivers on my pc, but nothing worked. pls help
BTW. My phone quick charging option doesn't work anymore, and yes, it is turned on in the options...

Welcome to the forums. Pull down on the notification shade. You should see w notifications for USB connections. One says charging. Tap on that one, and you should get other options on how to connect to the PC. One of those options should be Media Files or MTP. Tap that one and you can transfer files.
