Why can I no longer change brightness on camera?

For some time after I bought my samsung s6 and opened my camera, I could change the brightness easily (there was a lightbulb and I could swipe it left or right to change the brightness), but now this is gone. How do I get it back?

Have you updated your phone recently? You can try:

GOTO>> Settings>Device>Applications>Application Manager>Scroll over to ALL>Scroll down to Camera

CHOOSE CLEAR CACHE AND CLEAR DATA. THIS WILL RESET YOUR CAMERA TO DEFAUTS.
