Cant use data

I have a LG V10 and I can't use data. I checked my apn and there are no apn,s. What do I do?

What carrier do you have? Is your V10 branded to your carrier, or are you using an unlocked device that was branded to a different carrier?

Thanks! 1) my carrier is At&t 2) my LG v10 is unlocked and is from Verizon. What should I do? I really like My phone.
