Why won't my Samsung Galaxy S6 recognize my printer

Same problem, that doesn't help. I just received this replacement phone after my last one broke. I never had this prob with my other Galaxy S6 sending print jobs to my HP Office Jet Pro. Not once. My wife's working great. Strangely, the Samsung Print send disabled, too. I've Norton Antivirus on my phone. I allowed both apps to be "trusted," and even uninstalled the Norton for now. Nothing's changed. Further, when I reinstall the HP Plug in over and over, it never showed up anywhere but in the application manager; not as an easy access shortcut icon, or in the basic settings list under Application Settings.
