lagging s4 data overload

[AC Question]

S4 with data overload. Bought 32 SD Card and inserted. Phone is still lagging/freezing. Not able to use it to full functionality. Transferred all photos/videos to computer and then deleted phone files. Still lagging. And now it's not being recognized by computer for me to transfer more stuff.
Now the phone is going black too when it freezes

I think you need to do a factory reset at this state. If can, backup all your data first then do a factory reset.
