[Galaxy J5] Samsung Talkback mode is hell ! help!!!!!

i have samsung galaxy j5 , i donno why the hell i decided to check the talk back mode and now it's stuck i mean i know i have to double tap and use to two fingers and stuff but all my apps are locked with patterns n to unable this mode i have to access my settings but i can't draw the unlock pattern : mine starts from the right but everytime i try to draw it it just starts from the middle
its stuck omgg
please help me

Welcome to Android Central! TalkBack should have nothing to do with locking apps. So if you're on your homescreen, can you swipe down the notification panel and tap the Settings icon? Are you saying that once you do this, a pattern unlock grid shows up?
