Which Should I Get: Samsung S3 or S4 (possibly 5)?

I have a Moto G, 1st Gen at the moment, which I love. I don't use it much but would like a somewhat larger screen for a couple of my games. The last year or so, it's been hurting my eye looking at the screen (I'm blind in my left eye completely, so I generally don't count it). I also missed Samsung (I had the original Samsung Galaxy S) so want to go back to that. Cost wise, the newest model I could get would be the S4 but may be able to swing for the S5.

Which do you all prefer?

I'm the original author of this question, I don't know how to edit it to say my information.

I'd also like to add, as much as I'd love to use a custom rom, I know the pickings are slim for these models, so would like one that would have the newest updates (hoping for at least Android 5).
