Key press sound in head set.

My phone is only about 3 days old and I use it for work. I use either ear-buds or a head set. Occasionally I will hear what sounds like I am trying to dial. A loud key-punch type sound. I thought it might be because I was charging the phone. Nope. Then I thought I might have bumped it. Nope. Help, its very loud and annoying.

Does this happen all the time? Also, is it only happening with the head phones plugged in?
