There are certain sections of the building I work in that cut off my cell phone reception almost completely. Occasionally I'll lose the connection altogether, and a VERY LOUD female voice will say something like "a network connection cannot be found." I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Core running 4.4.2.
Google searches have turned up NOTHING. There must be some way to turn this off, it's a very annoying "feature" and it's driving me nuts!
