Hi there!

I would think that this would not be possible. You would probably have to Flash OEM software, then update.....BUT.....you'll need to make sure the update is capable of being rooted.

We don't know the rooting method you used, neither do we know your device android version. Some rooting methods, provide you with an unroot option.
