why my battery is draining so fast and my unit is getting very hot?

my wileyfox mobile phone gets very hot while using and the battery drains as fast. It automatically shut off also when the battery go down to 30%

Charge fully, then use normally. When you have about 40% charge remaining, make a screenshot of your battery usage stats. Tap the graph to open it, showing your Awakes and Signal history, and screenshot that too. Post those screenshots here, and well attempt a diagnosis.

However the battery may be faulty and in need of replacement, especially given the power-off at 30%.
