i don't know whats going on with my phone please help me

when i woke up this morning it looked like my was starting to reboot not thinking anything of it because I thought it was a system updating. But now its been 2 hours and my phone is just saying L.G and the blue light keeps flashing. Do i have take my phone into the store and get a new one i also have insurance on my phone if that helps
